A Bamboo Style Park Entrance incorporating Pay Booths, Park Offices, Shops and Restaurant.
I have uploaded as a Sandbox Park file and a Structure file which includes all the CS.

This is a great design. But I can't get all of the custom scenery that you listed in the ReadMe file.

I liked this entrance. I want to use the tile floors in it but cannot for the life of me find it? I looked in all the CS's. Could you tell me what you used for the floor?
