Objectives are: have anywhere from 500 to 1400 guest in park, anyhwere from 250-950 park rating, a minimum value of the park of 20K to 80K, and some small objectives as well.
A pool is needed after you've completed apprentice level, Remember that some objectives falls in place with the pool.
The Park is set with 'forbid high construction' and you've got 30K to start with
