This is a 2 park in one scenario.
In the middle is the parkingplace for people.
On the left you have a horrorpark with a demon transportride and a big fire coaster.
On the left you have a sciencefiction park with a ufo transportride and a big smoking coaster.
There is planty of free space to build a lot of nice coasters and flatrides.

I like this because it is different, you stepped out of the box (sort of speak). It's a complement).
The fire around the coaster is great.
