I know the Excitement rating is super low But, its still really fun to ride and some of the guest's will ride it.

Sorry, but an Intensity higher than 10 is bad, really bad.
Sure, some "crazy" peeps ingame ride it but its far away from an moneymaker ;)
Try to start with an simple design to improve your coaster skills.
After some practice and learning how it goes, you can build more complex/difficulty coaster layouts.
For screenshots i allways recomend to use the David Wlash" peep-rename and "Ctrl+U" cheat to become clean screens without the menü-bars.
And i would delete everthing around/beside the track that doesn't belong to the coaster itself.
