Waterfall cafe is a large food court structure. There are two versions available, the basic version, and the full version. If you want to download and use the basic version you will need the following CS: Colonial Wall Set (RCT3 set), Moby's Glasshouse and Frameworx, and Shy's Alpine Village (set 4). If you want the full version which includes path covers, buffet restaurant, and fountains you will need the following CS: Colonial Wall Set (RCT3 set), Moby's Glasshouse and Frameworx, Shy's Alpine Village (1-6), and Ralfvieh's Fountains.
