1994 to 1997 would be the last years for CHAOS. With the massive success of the new CHAOS program, Opryland Entetainment division thought they could spruce up the attraction. With a new large budget, they built a permanent reactor and an animatronic dragon to replace Leslie with a breathing sound effect. The red floor was gone, but new creatures were added along the ascent to spray fog on the passing train. A new dialogue line was added that said "Code: Yellow! Code: Yellow! All personnel to reactor floor. All personnel to reactor floor." as they train neared the top of the building.
