Another Lunatim scenario.
A park where the patches of grass & water are the available spots of land you can build on, and the sandy areas are construction rights. Develop a desert park using the funds you have.
BTW, I won't be uploading Workbenchland and Aeterna Park since it seems way too easy to make a plain sandbox.
Will work for RCT Classic.
