The Lakes is a beautiful secluded area which has been well known to tourists for its tranquil beauty and views. This resulted in the area being developed. Log cabins were built so visitors could stay.
As the popularity for the area decreased rides were gradually added sympathetically to blend in with the natural environment.
The Lakes is now celebrating its 50th Anniversary.
To help try and increase visitors a large loan was taken out in order to update the area for the occasion. You have been put in charge to make the area more profitable and to repay the loan.

This is not an easy scenario.

100,000 loan x 30% interest = 30,000 interest per month = impossible scenario since you start with 10 (not to mention the 60 some-odd extra security guards and janitors you'll need to fire).

You can change the financial stuff if you start rct3 and go to Tools then "Start new Scenario."
You can change anything u want.
