Oceanic WInd is a coaster that opened in 2008 in it's respected park.

In early 2007, the operators of Japolandia, the park, were stant on opening a new roller coaster. They, however, could not decide when or what to build with.
They then called up BIE Inc. and discussed what their money options were. Like Brookwood Gardens, the team that runs Japolandia wanted to pay as little as possible. Well, they got their wish. The coaster was built out of two sticks, 42,892 aluminum cans, and 200 cylindrical blocks. Oh? You thought the aluminum was strong? No. It lasted through one storm. It was so weak and light, it was blown off of it's supports. But here's the thing, the only other thing damaged in the storm was a plastic chair. That plastic chair fell over and got a tiny scratch.

Either way, the company decided to spend 11 million more on titanium. Which.... in retrospect, only went a yard. That titanium was clearly not enough. They then used a bunch of broken steel girders from an old coaster they used to have. Yet, it was still not enough metal. Japolandia's team had some idiots on it as they were told to go steal light posts, metal ones, to be used for the supports. All throught the night, the crew went and stole light posts from everywhere in Tokyo.

It all ended in a police shootout with the suspects as they also had kidnapped a baby.

Anyways, Japolandia finally had enough to pay for REGULAR steel for a REGULAR coaster in their REGULAR park. Did I mention how REGULAR it was?
