If you install this the way the Readme says to, it doesn't work. If it does for you, than good. But if it doesn't, the options editor is in RCT3 Options Editor & Peep Factory\RCT3 Options Editor\RCT3 Options Editor 2_2_1_9, and it is the second one in that folder. Hope this helps!
