Cannot build above tree height.
Cannot remove trees.
Cannot edit terrain level.

I also cannot figure out how to edit this park to remove the tree and height restrictions, I go to the scenario editor, but I can only edit certain things after I have saved the scenario. I really don't wanna have to make a new scenario all over again.
