Fossil Heights

Requires RCT3: Soaked! and RCT3: Wild! 3 comments

Welcome to Fossil Heights! As I am terribly sorry for the absence of photography but I do not know how to add pictures on. I take the pictures with my game and then I try to post them on. Unfortunately the website does not allow me to upload the photos. So I will describe the park to you.

Fossil Heights, as its name states is a park in the mountains. The park is full of Dinosaur fossils. As you, who discovered this place and are going to make it big. You decide an amusement park would be most helpful. As scientists are out in the mountains digging the fossils out you must fund the place by creating a huge amusement park.

The place already gives you some cash and some rides. There is one gigantic roller coaster called TYRANT. It has a low intensity and is about 5,000 feet long. It also comes with a carousel, a train, and a Jurassic Ride.

I am so sorry that there are no pictures but if you do download this, I hope you like and please leave feedback. And there is NO CUSTOM SCENERY NEEDED AT ALL! Everything was part of the game and not downloaded from the internet.

I like the Scenario. You need a picture (see below for instructions). Great looking, lots to offer, and shows you put some effort into it. I find it sad that the makers of RTC3 don't allow the objectives window to scroll. The problem is when you put is so many objectives (particularly for the Tycoon level), there is no way to see the ones near the bottom of the list. They are off the screen and there's no way to scroll down to see them when playing. It works fine when setting up the scenario (that window scrolls), but when you actually play it (not in editor), you don't know the last 3-4 objectives for Tycoon level. So you have to be careful when creating a scenario so that when you are on the tycoon level, everything is visible or the player won't know what he/she needs to do to succeed.

How to upload a picture.
1. Take the screen shot you have (it is .BMP format) and open it in Paint (Windows/programs/accessories/Paint if you are using windows 7....similar for other windows versions).
2. Got to the file menu (or the pull down menu next to "home" menu) in Paint and select save as (or the pull down menu next to "home" menu).
3. Just below where you type the name of a file you can change the type of file from BMP to JPG.
4. Save it in the new format.....

Bingo...you can upload the file and it's on the order of 10 times smaller size, hence the reason the websites don't you to upload the BMP file.

It's all good.

Thanks for the awesome scenario! It's really pretty and I enjoyed the challenge of trying to repay the loan with all the rides being free lol
