To install place the file into parks.
There are no objectives so do what ever.
T2 and Twisted Twins are not open because T2 will open in 2015 under a new name and Twins will open in 2016 with a possible RMC makeover.

The park was created when Six Flags still owned the park (2006, so I made some adjustments to park to match the park to present day in 2014.

I like many things about it. I would have to say, screenshot 1 is my favorite.

Is there a way that you can post a copy of this park without the custom scenery. I downloaded all of it and put them in the right places but the park freezes while loading "active objects". Thanks

Make sure all items are working, don't assume they work right even if you place them in the correct file. Actually open a regular sandbox and test to make sure they all work. The park goes into /mydocuments/rct3/parks.
