My own scenario, featuring a sort of ski-resort-type map, with a chairlift and elevator installed for your trouble.
Objective: £12k monthly ride tickets
Limited construction height
Guest Happiness/Hunger/Thirst: 65/30/30
No preference for more/less intense rides
Not perfect, but a nice big map with some sort of theme to keep it interesting.
