Paradaiso Rock

"Welcome to Paradaiso Rock, a park like Hawaii that is not Hawaii!"

This is my entry for Deurklink's Mini Contest round 12, which consists of building a Gerstlauer Bobsled coaster. The coaster must use single-car trains, use a track type like the mini roller coaster track or the giga coaster track for banked sections (like the actual coasters) and be merged with a track type like the wild mouse coaster for tight turns. I ended in 7th place.

For that contest, I was tempted to decorate my coaster with a castle. However, knowing that several actual Gerstlauer Bobsled coasters have a medieval setting, I decided to go differently. Instead, I went with a Hawaiian setting. This plot includes a big rock where the coaster travels through and that hints to the volcanoes on the Hawaiian islands, a bright green foliage and a beach where guests can go sunbathing or ride jet skis.

"Paradaiso" is the Hawaiian word for "Paradise". I named my coaster Animals X because the cars I used are shaped like jaguars and it was easy to make a custom sign out of that title.

This park was made without custom elements. However, Wacky World and Time Twister expansions are needed to view the park.

NB: RCT1/RCT1 Deluxe installation might need to be attached to OpenRCT2 in order to view the park in its true nature.
