Poncho the Parrot was born in the jungles of Brazil. He was rescued by a group of people striving for animal's health in the wild. He was taken all the way to Hawaii. There he discovered an area of jungle that reminded him of Brazil. He spent a lot of time there. Soon, the jungle was taken down to establish a theme park. Animal activists insisted that they leave his home alone. They didn't. But what they did do was dedicate a ride to him.
