Some big wig oil barons have started to take over the small town of Rustvale right on the classic Route 66 behind the mayor's back after moving in. The mayor is in deep trouble if he can't convince the townspeople to stay, but his wife had a brilliant idea; turn those hideous oil pumps into a gorgeous theme park, to keep the tourists coming and the townspeople have something to be proud of plus maybe buy out the barons. The only condition are her roses are not to be harmed.
Objective: To obtain 1,600 guests by the end of October year 3.

EDIT: Shoutout to Lurker for pointing out there's a broken spawn point under 1 of the tunnels, I completely forgot to go back and fix(sorry about that), however with ads available this scenario is still definitely able to be completed without having to cheese most of the rides.
