Sadly when I try to use it on another park, the lift hill chain speed will change from 104 km/h to 8 km/h which makes it unusable, and it cannot be changed to higher than 12 km/h

This is how you change the lift hill speed:

- download and/or open "8 Cars per Trainer"
- click "Rides -> Edit Rides"
- select "Ride # -> Fireball XL5 (NieSch)"
- set "Lift Speed -> ..."
- click "-> Apply -> OK"
