There are 6 files total that you can put in your Structure Folder in RCT3. These ARE custom scenery. Each pillar has a center position and an offset position. See the photos and you'll see what I mean.
The First one: no lights has a roof
The Second: has lights, no roof
The Third one: has lights and a roof.

I like the frontierland lamps because you can create your own lamps. They give you a couple posts and several lamps to choose from. Just rotate the lights to put multiple lights on 1 post.
