Check the LOD options in settings. Make sure everything is somewhat blue.

Its in the in-game setting. Find where you adjust the screen resolution. Where is says "High Quality" and "High Performance" and such, choose "Custom". Go down and check the box next to "Show LOD Options". Click and drag the bars right until things start to show.

Ok, i'm in the in-game settings now but I don't find "custom" or "show lod options"... but all the grafic strips are at the maximum blue.

PS: what does the option "scenery visibility alpha"?
