not even gonna lie dude you need practice, i know you might be new at this and all but i have some tips for you, when you take screenshots, dont have the grid on, look to major popular and some unpopular rides for some inspiration, never have more than 3 helix segments in a row, keep the number of hills to a reasonable level, and start by making coasters that arent so tall and work your way up keeping the level of realism the same. i hope this helps i am not trying to be mean in any way

^He's right you do need practice, but he's wrong about 3 helix segments lol i have quite a popular coaster thats got 3 segments 2 times throughout the coaster its called Templar. Besides that, you should make your coasters more compact and not have such wide segments you get where im going? What you should do is download some coasters that are popular and try to build one just like it and then you'll begin to get a feel for making them and soon you'll have a variety of coasters on RCTgo.com (= Hope this helped

^ I disagree with this person.
I mean i think that 2 helix segments is the maximum you can do. However, if you turn it the other way after a while, it actually turns a little more realistic

Too many helix's going the same direction will raise the Nausea level. Going to fast through them raises the Lateral G's.

Recording an on-ride cam video will help show how the ride is. "CTRL + SHIFT +F11" to start the recording then again to end the recording. Videos will be in the folder My Documents/My Videos/RCT3.

It can really improve the quality of the video if you can max out all the in-game video settings if your computer can handle it. If it can't handle it the game will lag.

Keep an eye on your G forces. Going over 6 is bad. Longer, faster and taller is not always better but if you keep at it you will improve.
