Just copy the folder "Kiotho's Adventure Things" to the folder on your hard drive where RCT3 is installed.
In most cases this is:

(ATARI VERSION)- C:/Program Files (x86)/Atari/RollerCoaster Tycoon 3/Style/Themed

(STEAM VERSION) C:/Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/common/RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Complete Edition/Style/Themed

The set can be found under the menu "Walls", as well under the "generic Scenery". The set's name is "Kiotho's Adventure Things" (Walls Menu) and "Kiotho's Rockwork" (Generic Scenery menu).
