Not particularly inspired by any RCT1 scenario, however, this scenario was built directly off of Little_Panda's scenario "Silence's Clearing." Go check it out!
Fun fact: I was playing his scenario, built the woodie, realized that it is a perfect way to start a scenario, so I deleted everything else in the scenario besides the woodie, gave all new trees, landscaping/terraforming and a new goal, while adding/removing objects.
