A lovely, smallish park in the quiet retirement community of Birchland. Perfect for those who like making aesthetic areas or those who want to speed run the scenario.
The goal is 2,700 guests, no time limit but space can become a factor. You start with about 400 guests.
(It took me, the creator, about 9 in-game years to get 3000 guests, but I was making a super-decorated park.)
