Perhaps a play on words, of sorts!
The "C" in the name stands for "Classic" as this aimed to be placed in a RCT1 styled super scenario pack, and also because it should work in RCT2, RCT Classic and OpenRCT2.
Objective: 1,500 guests by the end of year 4.
