Bangui, Central African Republic has proposed a new theme park to boost tourism for the country after years of poverty. You start out with 30,000 dollars which is pretty nice until you realize the loan interest rate is at 15% and guests are incredibly poor averaging 15 dollars. Due to the reputation of Central African Republic in the news, park rating is harder to maintain. On top of that, since Central African Republic is a poverty struck country, guests come in hungry and thirsty.
Scenario Objective: A Park Value of 400,000 by the end of Year 5.
