It has a goal of 3500 guests by the end of year 5 with a park rating of 600.

Awesome scenario! Good work!
One edit I would suggest is to fix the Corkscrew roller coaster as the stats make it extremely difficult to attract any guests (I ran it as is for one year and no guests wanted to go on it lol)!
