It's a 4 story house. The second floor has a rap around deck. The 3rd floor has ½ rap around deck. Each of the deck has it’s own roofing. The house continues up. It comes with colonial fencing, fountains, flowers, monkey and orangutan elements.

You can't change the border around the grass and call it your own! I've had this structure made since they came out with rct3 10 yrs ago. Unreal.
