An extremely wealthy landowner has built a huge artistic concrete sculpture and wants you to build rides and entertainment to bring more people to the art. It's huge and some what eccentric but you have free range to build whatever you want. And he reminds you, money is no object. At least check it out, I think you're going to like it.
