It might be possible to import !Disk-O into RCT Classic: I have no idea if RCTC players have access to cheats/hacks/trainers ...
In OpenRCT2 you need to,
*acquire the vehicle from Spacek's "Custom Ride Christmas 2019" (download #16) from this page:

*enable the vehicle type from the "Object Selection" drop-down: Disk-O is a Twister train.
*"Show all operating modes": "Powered launch (passing station)", Speed 27mph, 3 Circuits.
*NB* Players will need to build the "switch" track in-scenario, as it can not be saved in .td6: YouTube presenters Deurklink & Brian Andrelczyk (among others) offer guides; !Disk-O will still work without it.
!Disk-O functions perfectly as a Twister: there are no failed stat prerequisites.
