The most noticeable difference between the two tracks is a large sloped curve on the outside corner near the end of the ride. On the blue track, it's banked, whereas it's been left unbanked on the red track. This is why the lateral Gs (the highest contributor to intensity) are considerably higher on the red track despite being normal on the blue track, and thus why the blue track is more exciting and less intense.
