I have for the longest time wanted to find a park without any buildings/rides/etc..., but with a nice layout and scenery - a blank canvas. Here you will find a large, blank canvas with nice waterfalls, different climate zones, all surrounding a lake/island.
Sandbox mode, but not with infinite money.

Wish I could find more of these, all the other scenarios I've seen already have a bunch of rides on them and that's boring to me, I like to start fresh on a nicely designed map like this one.
