This is a 2 story garage. I used "Colored" Walls and "Office Building" and "Colonial" for the side stairwell.

Office Buildings uses Soaked
Color walls came with RCT3
Colonial walls are Wild

You can change the colors of the entire garage if you want to. Including all the walls, the roof. Except for the side stairwell. That's colonial and can't change those colors.
