In the older versions like RCT2, you did not have the function to accelerate time. I used to let the game run or design new coasters after I achieved objectives in scenarios. That was how Garlic Knots came to be

Nausea is a bit high but I usually dedicate a handyman for any coaster of a few types so that is manageable. It costs only 6.6k and has 4 trains which significantly increases throughput.
