Hi here's one of my first serious projects. It's a gas station for both buses and cars containing car wash, shops, cafe, parking etc. I hope you like it. Please comment.
IMPORTANT. In the zip archive you'll find dat file - paste it to Documents/RCT3/Parks, you'll also find My Pictures folder - paste it to Documents (that folder makes bilboards work).
I've used some custom scenery: (building a gas station without it wouldn't be possible)
