This being a DAT file I'm supposed to save it in my documents in parks? Cause when I open it up its just a big empty lot of dirt. I'm sure its me not doing something right. Nice work on this

Yes, save it into My Documents/Rct3/Structures.
In the game...it will be under Scenery/Structures. Does this help?
