Gnarly Wipeout is a Twister Roller Coaster using the Surf trains. Turn on the first two Construction cheats, first two Operation cheats and the first 2 Ride/track cheats. Set the lift hill speed to 10 mph.

I think this is the first Surf Coaster I've ever made, and I hope you like it.
