RCTgo

The Great Escape opened in 1954 as Storytown USA, and is located in Lake George, NY. The park began adding rides in 1988 after Crystal Beach closed, like the Comet.

Premier Parks bought the in 1996, which later became Six Flags. While the park is owned by Six Flags, the park keeps most its theme from beginning, and hasn't been branded too much. Splashwater Kingdom, the waterpark opened in 1995.
