How do you get this up and running within the application. I am only able to download it. When I click on the icon it says "RCT3 has stopped working". How do I open it?

^Make sure it is in Documents/Rct3/Parks
I am pretty sure I did not use soaked or wild but I may have put some in
Load it in in game, don't start a new but load as if you were loading one of your parks
