!Hangin Out offers seamless throughput with the minimum track-length required to avoid any penalties to its Ratings.
*NB* when testing/opening, make sure all cars are being dispatched ASAP: the game calculates ride-length when the test car arrests in the station.
One can probably reduce the minimum waiting time to 0 seconds: this track is likely too short for 'fat' Guests to catch-up and bump into 'skinny' Guests, or even into empty cars; me, I really just don't care; 1-second dispatch-delay has never caused any issue.
