A Roaring Twenties-themed sister scenario to Dinky Park/Pokey Park from RCT1.
Goal: To achieve a park value of at least 255,000 at the end of October, Year 2.

NOTE: You need OpenRCT2 for this scenario as the road and its surrounding sidewalk footpaths have been modified with the tile inspector to not connect to each other even in the underground sections.

How do you utilize the land across from the highway? I tried to build an underground path to it, but that didn't work. I also tried to build a chairlift over there and that didn't work either.
