The buildings are average, that's okay.
But the rest lack on details, especially the pathways look boring (no flowers, borders, fences, etc.).
Also a use of only CT coasters isn't impressive, doesn't matter if they are look good/realistic.

CT flatrides are okay, but CT coasters are a "NoGo" for most RCT3 players infact of creativity and skills lack. You should try to build coasters by your own, that makes more fun and improve your skills more than only placing prebuild CT's.

BtW, doesn't matter if your own designs aren't realistic or good looking ones at first, its better than a bunch load of CT use in my opinion.
