Do u think u can build a grand amusement park in this inhospitable place? Space is big, but budget is small. Then be very careful with ur money and build a park to attract 4000 guests without letting the rating drop below 700
I think this is one of the hardest scenarios Ive ever done. Im still trying to beat it, the budget is really really minuscule
