Inspired by "Cradle Valley Junction" (http://rctgo.com/downloads/view/14750), I made an Icy Land.
The scenario asks you to repay your loan and have a company value of 100.000
You start with 10.000 and have to repay the 10.000 with 15%.
Guests have an average cash of 60 with 70% happiness, 43% hunger and 37% thirst.
Additional parkland is 80 and construction rights cost 45.
Free rides, paying at the entrance.

I added some external packs, like the soda-shop or the Hat-shop.
