The scenario is alright.
Here's a few things you'll need to consider when making other scenarios:
1. The bigger the park is, the longer the scenario deadline should be. This scenario would ideally need 5 or 6 years (depending on the skill of the players). 3 years is a bit too short for a map of this size
2. Large parks absolutely need the cash machine, especially pay-to-ride parks. Guests will leave the park when they're broke (they will spend their money pretty quickly), which makes objectives with more than 2k guests really hard to achieve since you're basically forced to make ride fares dirt-cheap. The cash machine is kind of a game breaker, so make sure to put it amongst the last items of the inventions list.
3. An annual interest loan of 5% is too easy. I'd suggest 15-25% depending on how difficult you want the scenario to be. The loan should be capped at 20k-40k$ also depending on how difficult you want it be.

Other than that the map is absolutely stunning
