It's not so easy in this scenario considering that high construction is not allowed and space is very limited! Give it a go :)

I destroyed it with a single park value bomb which gave me 70,560 in park value. This scenario is so unbalanced and poorly designed.

If you just place expensive items to raise park value that doesn't count as winning in my eyes. The point is to make a realistic, functioning park which your guests will enjoy while still beating the scenario objective.

Which this scenario clearly fails at. No food or drink stalls at the beginning, plus a 10K loan that you can't pay back quickly? How about no. This scenario is just terrible.
"If you just place expensive items to raise park value that doesn't count as winning in my eyes." This is where you are horribly wrong. Early scenario completion exists, and so it still counts as winning. We're not in 2002 anymore. Time to abandon those outdated 2002 scenario play standards now.

There is a difference between a fun challenge (e.g. my scenarios) and a horribly designed, frustrating, and abysmally balanced nuisance (e.g. YOUR SCENARIOS). And screw realistic-looking parks - they are definitely discouraged in the meta for scenario play.

Thanks for your feedback, but I firmly believe that the parks should be enjoyable to the guests, should be appealing to the eye, and should not be played with cheats of any kind. Some of my parks are very difficult, that is the point. This scenario is about surviving on an island halfway between Hawaii and Japan, do you think that would be a simple task? No. That is why this scenario is both frustrating and difficult, if played in the intended manner.

I have noticed that fred is super toxic in all his comments on other people's work. For that reason I never download his stuff. Funny how he complains at people for original content but most of his things are just slightly edited, existing scenarios with simple objective alterations.
Whats more Fred lost all credibility when he claimed that the meta has no place for realistic parks in terms of scenario play. I would just assume he is a troll. Haha. Now, you want to see some terrible work, mine are all awful hahaha.
But I quite liked this map seanparks, worked well for me and was something a bit different to the usual gameplay. Great stuff.
Makes a nice change to a remaster of an old map (e.g everything fred does)

Also for good measure, a number of us have reported Fred's behavior. So hopefully he will tone it down soon.
Also I would like to add that it is a shame, because fred was a good creator apparently. Yet it seems like he just a terrible person.
