Another coaster inspired by Stu's Route 66. This time a mine train. It needs to be sunk down 4 units, and it can be tunneled. Ironically, it gets a higher excitement just from the open pit as opposed to being tunneled. The queue is only one tile, but with two car trains, it's not a huge issue. Two laps will get you over 6 excitement if needed.
