A Train Station, built near a (not so) busy highway, mountains, and a river.
Every minute, a monorail passes by. Since they are owned by "the community", you cannot adjust their tracks.
The monorails also "short out", leaving your mechanics to do their jobs.
Since the community wants more tourism, they ask you to build a theme park near the train station.
Goal: 2000 Guests in 5 years.
