The uploaded file works fine on my part.
Are you using OpenRCT? I was kinda worried that there would be compatibility issues between base game saves and OpenRCT saves, but i seemed to have forgotten to test for any.
It works fine with the base game on my part, meaning that it seems to be an issue with RCT Classic. I don't have RCT Classic though. so i sadly won't be able to fix it.
Just finished it midway through year 3. Fun scenario to go crazy with on the roller coasters; lack of gentle rides was mildly annoying, but meh. Here's a screenshot of the finished result, the cliffs were super fun to build through and around: https://imgur.com/WPOmvrd

well, there is no rides or shops can be built in the beginnng and there's nothing to be developed so how to achieve income from ride tickets @,000?
