Goal: To have at least 1,500 guests in your park at the end of October, Year 3, with a park rating of at least 600.
Description: "This former car park used to be owned by the mob, but now is being turned into an amusement park. You have less than a month to design a park for the locals."

My first attempt at using the new higher loan rates. Not really a good usage of that, but it's a start. As of writing, requires a very recent development release.
